This Policy explains what data Locivo collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the Service.
1. Data we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), the businesses you add, and review data we sync from your connected Google Business Profiles. We also keep basic logs for security and reliability.
2. Google account data
When you connect a Google Business Profile, we store access tokens to read reviews and post replies on your behalf. You can disconnect a profile at any time, which revokes our access and clears the stored tokens.
3. How we use data
To provide the Service — syncing reviews, generating and posting replies, showing analytics, and sending the notifications you enable (e.g. WhatsApp alerts).
4. Sharing
We don’t sell your data. We share it only with processors that help us operate the Service (e.g. AI and messaging providers) under appropriate safeguards, and where required by law.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us to export or remove your account data.
