You’re responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to manage the Google Business Profiles you connect.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, posting unlawful content, or using AI-generated replies to deceive or harass.

Locivo drafts suggested replies. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any reply before it is published to Google. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of generated content.

Paid plans, where applicable, are described at the time of purchase. During the launch period, plans may be arranged directly with our team.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
