Automation settings: what Locivo does on its own
Choose which alerts and automatic actions are on for each business — what is on by default, what is opt-in, and where to change it.
Open Settings and go to the Automation tab. Each business has its own card, so you can run different rules for different locations.
On by default, because they only notify you or draft something for approval: draft replies to negative reviews, a reminder if one is still unanswered after 2 days, listing consistency alerts, ranking change alerts, Google profile edit alerts, holiday hours reminders, keyword and competitor suggestions, and the weekly digests.
Off until you turn them on, because they act without you: Also apply to your existing reviews (auto-reply to your review backlog), Auto-publish a weekly Google Post, Automatically improve my Google profile, and Automatic review request emails.
Each toggle saves as soon as you flip it. Turning one off stops future actions but does not undo what has already happened.
