Manage multiple businesses
Switch between locations from one account. Each business keeps its own reviews, rankings and listings, so nothing gets mixed up.
If you manage more than one location, add each as its own business from the Businesses page.
Use the business switcher in the dashboard to jump between them — every feature (Reviews, Rank Tracking, Listings, and the rest) scopes to whichever business is currently selected.
To remove a location, click Delete on its card in Businesses. It disappears from your account straight away and any sync in progress stops. You are asked, optionally, why, which helps us fix what is not working, and we email you a confirmation. Its data is kept for 90 days and then permanently erased. If you add the same location again, even by Import from Google, it starts fresh as a new business rather than bringing the old data back.
