If you manage locations for clients, use the Agency Portal to give each client their own white-labeled login that shows only their data.
Agency Portal lets you brand a client-facing portal with your own logo and colors, and invite clients to log in and see only their own business.
A client's login never gives them access to your other clients' data or your account settings.
Agencies can also send each client a monthly report under their own name. Open a client in Agency Portal and tick Email this client a monthly report under your branding. The report covers reviews and reply rate, Google profile views, calls and clicks, and tracked keyword ranks for their locations, compared with the prior 30 days.
It goes to that client’s portal users plus any extra addresses you add. It carries your logo, colors and footer, not Locivo’s, and replies go to your support email. It is off for every client until you turn it on, and your agency branding must be set up first.
