The most common reason reviews don’t sync isn’t a broken connection — it’s that authorizing your Google account and linking a specific Business Profile location are two separate steps. Granting Google access confirms who you are; syncing still needs that account tied to the exact listing the reviews live under. If Sync isn’t pulling anything in, go back to Connect Google Business Profile and confirm a location is actually linked, not just the account.
